Refund Policy

1. What you are buying
ChineseUnitTests sells digital study materials — exam papers delivered as downloadable PDF files. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Delivery is automatic and immediate: after your payment is completed you are taken to a download page, and a download link (valid for 24 hours) is emailed to the PayPal email address used for the payment.
2. Refunds for undownloaded orders
If you have not downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Because our system records every download, we can verify this automatically.
3. Orders that have been downloaded are not refundable
Once the PDF has been downloaded, the product has been delivered and the order is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies to all digital-goods purchases and is the standard practice for downloadable materials.
4. How to request a refund
Use our refund request form, or email chineseunittests@issac.cc with your order number and the PayPal email address used for the payment.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to review your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal account; depending on your card issuer or bank it may take a few additional business days to appear.
5. Cases we always resolve
- Duplicate payment for the same paper — refunded in full.
- Payment taken but no download delivered (technical failure on our side) — we will deliver the file or refund you in full.
- File cannot be opened or is corrupted — we will send a replacement file, or refund you if we cannot fix it.
- Unauthorised payment made with your PayPal account — contact us and we will work with PayPal to resolve it.
6. Your right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers)
By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once the file has been downloaded, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. If you have not downloaded the file, the refund terms in section 2 apply.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute. For disputed transactions we provide PayPal with the order record and the download log for the order.
